(4) Casters (16) Mounting Bolts, (16) Washers

1. Lay the cabinet on it’s side.

2. Remove the mounting bolts holding the casters in place and remove the casters and bumper channel.

3. Install the new bumpers by aligning the holes in the bumpers with the caster mounting holes (bumper

mounts between the cabinet body and bumper channel (As Shown in Figure 1).

4. Reinstall the casters and caster mounting bolts and tighten bolts securely.

5. Apply clear food grade silicone caulking to all joints where the bumpers meet the cabinet sides

(As Shown in Figure 2).
